Dec 04,2018I recently bought a house marketed by DM&co. They were very approachable and helpful throughout the process. The sales progressor, Dan, went above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible with a sale that was less than easy. A big thank you to all of the team - everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite. Should I decide to sell again in the future, I would definitely be asking this company to help with the sale.

Dec 04,2018Good experience overall. A couple of minor communication / scheduling of viewings concerns but nothing too bad. Got email feedback from the first set of viewings but none subsequently. Competitive pricing and included very good photos and the epc rating.

Dec 03,2018I recently bought a flat and DM & Co was selling it from the first day of viewing it with Daniel everything has went so smoothly Have to say Daniel is very professional at his job and friendly with it nothing was a problem for him . He always kept me informed of everything that was going on through the sale there was a small misunderstanding which could of delayed the sale a bit which had nothing to do with Daniel but he had it sorted in hours which I was so grateful for thanks again .would highly recommend DM . From the valuation and producing great photos of our home, organising the viewing, all the way to ensuring we exchanged and completed in a timely fashion, which was particularly complicated due to our purchase being a new build. I will be recommending DM & Co to anyone who is thinking of selling their home in the future. We were really pleased with the help we received from all of the team including Olivia, Ann, Amanda and particularly a special thank you to Dan Brookes, who went above and beyond during the final stages! Dec 01,2018moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things in life. The service from DM and co made our move light work. From going on the market we had approx 20 viewings and 3 offers within the first week. Thanks to Craig and Anne for arranging and conducting our viewings so well. We also purchased our next house with DM and Co and have to say that once we agreed a purchase price, Daniel really took over progressing our sale and purchase; his professionalism and communication was nothing short of superb. There was an initial hick up with the company finance adviser not being able to accurately estimate our borrowing capability, but with that sorted, the process was clear and all expectations met. Oct 06,2018DM&Co deserve nothing less than a 5* review. This is the second move we have used them for in the past 18 months. Both times they have been friendly, knowledgeable and so on the ball. Nothing ever feels too much to ask them and they are always willing to help. The team communicate well and get back to you very promptly. Dan has been exceptional and is a real credit to DM&Co. I personally wouldn’t use another estate agent to move. Thank you for making what could be the most stressful experience to a fairly easy and pleasant one.

Despite a collapse in a chain through no fault of DM tjhey were v supportive and proactive on achieving a sale quickly again with great after sales support.
