Mar 14,2023Shortly after receiving the first of the items I’ve ordered, I got a WhatsApp message checking its arrival & that all was good. Unfortunately the dress didn’t fit, so Valentina arranged collection of the one I had, ordered a new larger sized dress & kept me fully informed. Never had customer service like this. The clothes are not cheap, but with service like this I’ll keep coming back. Only one criticism is that the 2nd dress doesn’t fit either. It’s very stiff denim & gaps in the wrong places… does feel that the sizes come up small & I wished that designers thought more about where buttons & fasteners go so that when a “normal “ shaped woman sits down & her tummy might show more, it doesn’t end up gaping

Mar 12,2023Bought the Angie jumpsuit in the sample sale.. unfortunately wasn’t a good fit.. the top half was too large and the waist too tight for me.. a shame as was a fantastic chance to wear a fab Donnaida denim jumpsuit when you’re on a budget! Valentina was brilliant as always with sizing advice but I have given 4 stars today as you cannot return the item..

After I placed my order I had a message from Valentina, thanking me for my order and letting me know I could contact her. My jeans arrived within 2 days but unfortunately were too big. I contacted Valentina and let her know I needed to return and purchase a size down. Not only did she arrange for the returns package to be collected the next day but also sent me an email detailing my new order, with discount! I re-ordered, the other package was collected on time and my new jeans arrived within 2 days and they are perfect! Valentina was super helpful and friendly. Fantastic service and I can definitely recommend Donna Ida.
