Jan 06,2024Very good website. My order was promptly sent and well packaged. Two minor technical problems with the order required a follow-up email and telephone call. Both issues were resolved immediately and by very helpful staff. Secondary package was dispatched by return. The test of a good company is when there is a need to follow-up. Doorbell World customer service is exemplary. They are highly recommended.

Dec 18,2023Shipped quickly, very securely packed. Doorbell seems of good quality, installed easily, and has a good loud ring (which I wanted). Since it's mechanical, there is no worry about battery replacement or wiring.
