Bought 2 bags online. One has been received and the material was different to how it was shown online so have returned and paid for myself and provided the receipt. The other bag I haven't received at all and wanted to cancel my order based on the quality of the other one. Have emailed so many times and just seems messy and disorganised. I just want a refund for both and the process seems very complicated

Hice un pedido el 26 de Noviembre de 2024 y a fecha de hoy, 21 de Febrero de 2025 no lo he recibido. Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero porque no hacen más que darme largas diciendo que lo han retenido y demás idioteces. Se lo han quedado, exijo mi dinero, es una estafa tremenda. Experiencia pésima pésima y horrible, jamás compren en este sitio.

Niveau esthétique il est superbe, on me demande souvent où je l'ai acheté. Par contre niveau qualité et ergonomie pas top du tout. Le tissus s'est prit dans la tirette arrière, obligé d'arracher pour que la tirette fonctionne à nouveau et les tirettes de l'avant se sont déréglées peu de temps après. La mousse de la bretelle s'est tournée (et reste tournée mm si on la remet mainte et mainte fois). Et c'est peut être un sac de complesence mais pas pour le professionnel car il fait mal au dos si vous portez chaque jour un ordi. Fort dommage vu son prix.

My bag broke after 1 day of using my bag, sent in picture of broken area, no response, chased up as wanted to send back and get a new one, no response, terrible customer service, when you pay a lot for a bag you expect good customer service, absolutely appalling i will make sure anyone stays away from this dreadful scam company!!

I ordered my first doughnut backpack from amazon, and i really liked the bag itself. However, i wanted a different colour, and that colour was only available through the doughnut official website. So i ordered through the UK website, the order went through and i got a confirmation email. Waited a couple of days, got a bit worried as I didn’t receive any shipping email or a tracking code so emailed the doughnut official customer service email. They responded quickly and gave me the code. After a few more days, the tracking on evri didn’t work so I emailed evri customer service and they said the package had missed the courier transfer so they’ll chase it up. It came after about 6 business days, which is good because I also paid for expedited shipping (3-6 business days). Once the package came, it was wrapped nicely and securely, and the bag was lovely. Overall it was positive, customer service responded quickly and efficiently.

The bags are nice/okay but the customer service is terrible. Ive been trying to return my bag for a week and have no response (i reckon theyre trying to wait to until the 30 days return policy is up). They dont reply to emails, and judging by the other reviews this is common practice for them. Id say avoid at all costs, its not worth buying from them when you dont get customer service, feels like a scam. Shame cause they were recommend. Now ill have to dispute them with the bank.

I have an old doughnut bag and loved it so ordered another one during clickfrenzy. There was a "free bag on thank you page" promo. I ordered and well there was no free bag. No reply from customer service. My ordered bag arrived fine, it's great but why advertise a promo when it's not real. The promo was limited but it was still advertised about a week after i bought my bag. Dodgy.

Don't order from them! My package (AU1438) never arrived. I contacted the post office and they said it cannot be delivered because apparently Doughnut didn't write the full address I gave them on the package. I have sent emails on the 8th and the 19th of December (in reply to their own order shipment email so definitely the right email address), and today again. I sent Facebook messages on the 12th, the 19th and today. I sent an Instagram message on the 12th and today. And I even commented on Facebook and today on Instagram as well. I never got any replies anywhere. Their customer service is non-existent. I called the phone number that's on their Facebook multiple times today and they just hang up immediately, never even pick up the phone. The package will never arrive unless they simply contact Australia Post to change the address to the full address I gave them. But they won't even look at my attempts at telling them about this issue. It's their mistake that they didn't write the full address I gave them. Why would you not write the full address? Why is your customer service non-existent? I still haven't received my order (ordered on the 25th of November, over a month ago). Just don't order from their website. It's not trustworthy at all and it has been a stressful experience. If you really want a backpack from them, try to get it from another retailer. Or get another brand that has a similar look. There are many backpack brands that look similar.

Poor quality bag, company does not ‘guarantee’ anything on the quality other than you’ll have to repair it yourself or pay for them to repair it! Broken strap on a bag that was about 6 months old, sent in photos, they said to ship it back at my expense, pay for the repair myself, and that they’d return it in 2-3 months! Customer service took over a month to reply to my email with their ‘solution’. I’d tell everyone Injnow not to buy these bags- they’re very cute, but don’t last, and the company doesn’t stand behind their quality claims.

Nice product but did not recive any email etc about delivery so was big suprise has invoice. and curier turn back next day but without any info what time. Also pack was damage and looks like someone was checking was in inside. Nice products but delivery service poor.

A month after bag returned and still no refund, customer service really poor (non existent), I urge avoiding this company.

I am very much fond of travelling. That's why I need travels bags or luggage. One of mu friend suggest me this shop & I placed an order for a Pierre Cardin Cabin Hard-case Luggage. My product arrived next day. It's just superb. I loved it. Recommend to all.

My order no. is UK10626. The order is placed on 5 Mar, it’s nearly 1 month, I still haven’t received my bags, no order status sent to me, I tried to call customer service, but the number is invalid. I sent email many times but no response about the status of the order, poor customer service, very disappointed. If you don’t have stocks please refund to me!

Horrendous Customer Service I ordered my bag before the pandemic - with no complaints. Just as the pandemic started the zip broke but obviously there was a lot going on so I didn't look into whether there was a warranty. When ordering another bag from them last year I realised there was a warranty and my first bag was still covered so I got in touch... Three emails and two months later they still go ignored. Phone number on the website doesn't work either. I'll be giving it a week and then reporting to Trading Standards. By the looks of other reviews on here this isn't a one off.

I've had a very poor experience when purchasing our bag and I'm still waiting for my full refund. We purchased the Macaroon backpack and after a single use the clasp on the handle failed as the stitching fell out. We contacted customer service who said to return the bag to us and we will repair the bag and send it back - which I did. We finally got the repaired bag back to us (after chasing them) BUT the clasp had been sewn on backwards and it was very poor quality, you could see the the original stitch line underneath the new one. They had no due diligence to check the repair before sending it back to me. At this point I lost complete faith and requested a refund. I've returned the bag which has been successfully received but I have not had my money back. When a bag is faulty, I expect a brand new bag in replacement, not a repaired bag they have got their local cobblers to fix. They should have repaired it on their terms and sent me a new one as that's what I have paid for. I've sent multiple emails and rang their phone number (which says user unavailable) and had no response. I will be reporting them to trading standards to get my refund.

I got an American Vintage bag recently having owned a Macaroon for several years. I got it so I can go on short overnight journeys for work and to visit family. I’ve managed to pack everything I need for four nights away including my ipad. The beautiful leather straps are adjustable allowing me to pack the bag to it’s full capacity. To top it all off the American Vintage is really stylish and absolutely gorgeous. Really happy with my purchase and can’t wait to travel with it.

Did not even realise for a week that they had sold out of a bag I ordered. And didn’t even tell me. So ended up with bad service but still had to get the bag for the Mrs’s for Xmas as that was what she wanted. Didn’t even offer an apologies for a next order or anything. Very cold customer service.. but they win as I had to buy the bag. You were very lucky with my money.you might not be in the future
