He is also available on the weekend to take calls and answer questions. The accommodation also works very well for me. Overall the service is very good, from the person to person interaction to the website when dealing with documents. Highly recommend!

Due to the quick time frame there were some small teething issues on move in, but he handled these promptly and professionally. A great asset to the company.

Feb 29,2024Elena has been brilliant and helped us since our first viewing. The first flat we looked at was okay, but the landlord wouldn't eventually accept our offer. Elena proposed to us another flat that was not within our budget. However, she convinced us to visit it. It was fabulous, and we made an offer, reassured by Elena that the landlord was flexible and eventually we finalised the contract! Elena assisted us throughout the process and made it very smooth. Also, she offered to show us around the flat another time, and we really appreciated that. Elena is a top-notch person, and I have to say, so far, a very well-structured and serious real estate agent agency. Well done!
