Jordana worked tirelessly and showed us so many amazing places. She is incredibly hardworking and communicative and got to know us as a couple to help find a great match for us. Mar 31,2021I booked a viewing with Drakers the other day. Matt very kindly offered to pick me up and showed me a few properties within less than an hour which was very effective. He’d printed out the brochures for each one of them so that I could easily match what I saw to the description and price. I found that very professional and useful. Matt was approachable and polite throughout, and made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I would highly recommend him.

Me and my partner were looking to find somewhere to rent pretty quickly, and due to our busy work schedules we were initially sceptical about dealing with agents, however, Sonia has been absolutely terrific with helping us find a place. She’s enthusiastic, provides great advice and most importantly she listened to our requirements and didn’t just send us stuff for the sake of it, overall she made the process of searching really enjoyable!

Jun 22,2021Truly awful experience from Draker Lettings. We made an offer and had it accepted by the landlord. Our agent Jordana told us that we had to sign the contract and pay a deposit and the first months rent immediately to ensure we could secure the property. We signed and paid £5.6k, thinking the property was ours. Little did we know, the agent continued showing the property to other tenants after we had signed and paid, aiming to get higher offers. After hearing nothing for 2 days, we found out that a higher offer had been presented to the landlord and taken. Only an estate agent would feel comfortable reneging on a signed agreement to maximise their own commission. If you are a tenant, AVOID DRAKER LETTINGS
