I chose Drakers to be the letting agent as I wanted a firm and their staff who care about the clients and put themselves into the client’s shoes and offer personal and trustworthy services. I met Liam in my London flat when he did an initial viewing, from that meeting I can see that Liam fits well with my requirements and I chose Drakers on the same day. Drakers found my first tenants before I moved out. Since I moved to Dubai, Liam was attentive and kept me updated in terms of the tenancy arrangement even in COVID -19 ongoing situation, given I am abroad and have no visibility for the London flat. Overall I am very happy with my choice of letting agent Drakers; specially I like to than Liam for his personal and trustworthy services. Thank you.

But, John was absolutely fantastic in helping me secure a flat on arrival, ensuring I was set from the first turn of my key for quarantine, and has been incredibly responsive in answering any and all questions. I cannot recommend Draker, and John, enough, as they enabled me to confidently and safely navigate an international relocation.

The entire team is extremely efficient and available to support you as landlord in any possible way. You can’t leave your house in better hands. I’ve tried many agents but none compare to the quality and standard of Draker letting both in finding great tenants and also with support throughout the tenancy. Jack and his team are wonderful, friendly, professional and so efficient. I would tell anyone only to let and rent only via Drakers if they want to be in safe hands!!!!
