Sep 08,2023Extremely Disappointing and Sketchy Experience with Driven / Thinking Capital I recently applied for a business loan with Driven / Thinking Capital, and I must say that my experience with them has been nothing short of horrendous. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice before wasting their time with this company. First and foremost, the application process was relatively straightforward, and I was hopeful about securing the funding I needed for my business. However, that's where the positivity ends. After submitting my application and all the required documentation, I expected to hear back from them within a reasonable timeframe. But alas, that never happened. Weeks went by, and I received no communication whatsoever from Driven / Thinking Capital. I tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, but it felt like shouting into a void. No one ever answered my calls, and my emails were met with automated responses or complete silence. This utter lack of communication is not just frustrating; it's downright unprofessional and sketchy. If they weren't interested in my application, the least they could have done was send a rejection notice, providing some closure. Instead, they left me hanging, wondering if my application had disappeared into a black hole. What bothers me most about this experience is the complete disregard for potential customers. It's as if they take your application, and then they vanish into thin air, leaving you to question the legitimacy of their operations. I can't help but feel like they are intentionally avoiding applicants, which raises serious doubts about their credibility and ethics. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with Driven / Thinking Capital. Their lack of communication and unresponsiveness make them appear unreliable, untrustworthy, and downright sketchy. There are plenty of reputable financial institutions out there that value their customers and provide transparent and professional services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your financing needs.

The process was not difficult and explained everything and made sure I understood all aspects of the process even offered suggestions to help the running of business going forward to make my life simplified.

Jul 26,2023This was their response to a business that has been open 2+ years with annual gross revenue of $320,000 + The underwriters informed me that they would not be able to proceed with your application. They informed me that it is due to the number of deposits per month during the year. they need to see at least 4/month consistently for at least 6 months. I'm confident that we will be able to collaborate in the near future.

Jun 15,2023The number one thing that made my entire experience working with Driven 5 stars was first Naime. All the information he shared about the company and the process was exactly as stated. Any small hurdle we ran into he was happy to work with my partner and I to make sure we addressed it in the most time efficient manner. He was unbelievably responsive both via the phone and email all while not providing an ounce of typical "pushy sales" elements I have seen in this funding industry. I think the way Driven has setup its business is fantastic. In addition to Naime everyone else on the Driven team was happy and helpful. I appreciated the level of detail and time they took to dot their "i"'s and cross their "T"'s. I would highly recommend working with this organization. It is clearly a well managed company with helping small businesses in a fair and honest manner as its top priority.

Apr 05,2023Well unfortunately after going back and forward with then wasted my time for like 2-3 days, give them all they want saying I got approved, and then tell me sorry your not approved because there was an error of and address, not because my company is not making money because error on my address. The way they handled thing really un professional, you won't receive money in 24hrs, if you get approved don't get exacting because they only going to Hit your credit score. To tell you at the end sorry. Stay a way from this people, try the real banks first before this guys only if you are really desperate, you will end up paying lots more.

So I applied online for a loan on Feb, 16 and I signed the contract online, they sent me an email saying that everything is okay and we'll send another email when the deposit is made. Unfortunately, On Feb, 21 I asked for information by chatting online, after a while an agent call me and said that he would call me later because the system was slow. On Feb 23, I reached out again to them because I didn't get any answer. After a while, an agent call me and said that I'm not qualified. Such a waste of time with an unqualified and unprofessional company.
