My Driven representative, Naime, was exceptionally helpful, professional and kept me informed throughout the process. The process was very transparent and our financing arrived in approximately 24 hours. I will definitely use Driven again in the future as needs arise.

Jun 15,2022It was quite easy to get a loan with Think Capital (now Driven). They seemed so willing to give money and charge a crazy amount! I asked a LOT of questions of my sales representative to ensure I understood how interest was charged, calculated, if I could pay out early, etc. I felt informed going into the loan being told no prepayment penalties and 25% discount on interest if I pay out early. When trying to pay out after 3 months, I'm being told that interest is a "fixed amount" more like a charge or fee that is required to be paid in full regardless of when the loan is paid out. This definitely defeats the purpose of trying to pay out early. Frustrating that when I stated many times I will and want to pay out early, this wasn't made aware to me prior to funding. This really wasn't the best short term loan option for my business but Driven didn't seem to care. They wanted their fee and thats it regardless of how their products did or didn't help their customer. When I tried to explain this I got ghosted (no one answered my calls), when finally received a call, they completely ignored what I'd been told at the beginning. There was no apologize or empathy whatsoever. There was absolutely no consideration for my situation. Then when I started questioning the payout calculations, they also differed from what was told and written to me initially. Again at this time, zero consideration was made. My recommendation - get everything in writing - fully explained - or look at many other options before proceeding with Driven.
