Sep 01,2020Having read the reviews on Trust Pilot, I got in contact with Anthony at DTS London who promptly carried out a survey of the best options to provide consistent high speed WiFi connection around my home. Having signed off the proposal, the engineers who installed my network were courteous and hard working, and Anthony himself provided a great deal of 1-2-1 support to get my network up and running and optimised. I was especially impressed with how everyone at DTS London were willing to work around us in order to avoid any unnecessary outages that could have affected either my families homeschooling or home working. I would recommend DTS London to others considering establishing high performance home network solutions.

Jul 22,2020Luke and Oneil from the DTS team were absolute stars - they arrive right on time and fitted our whole house for super high speed internet. No cable showing, really discrete equipment, and professional & friendly service. Oneil even cleaned and vacuumed after the installation to make sure everything was left spotless. Our internet is now 10x the speed that it was across the 3 floors of the house.

Jul 02,2020DTS team are really great and saved me from wasting so much money. I recently had my living room refurbished and where the tv was mounted, I had wires to go inside the wall and exit out the tv stand. The builder made the hole and tube so small I couldn’t fit the heads of any cable e.g HDMI head - to make the hole bigger and fit in another tube inside would cost a lot more. I gave DTS a call, booked an appointment, engineers arrived and within 30 minutes of working their magic they pulled cables through and had fully functioning HDMI access points. The engineers that arrived completely followed the covid-19 guidelines, keeping 2 metres distance from me at all times and cleaned up everything where they had worked before leaving. I would highly recommend DTS, the way they displayed their work ethic comes from years of experience and customer service skills. Thank you DTS team, I’m sure to call them back for more additional services.

I am now permanently working from home and spend my days on video calls using Zoom, Skype and other tools. The speed and quality of my wifi is paramount to ensure I communicate effectively and see the subtle characteristics and body language of those I’m talking to. My 5-floor Chelsea townhouse would typically be a challenge to create a consistent high-speed wifi environment.
