Extremely satisfied with the service! Got appointment invitation over Google calendar so there was no chance of forgetting! Ash was able to work around my house layout and install the bell where I required. Thanks for the help! Will recommend

Initially I got recommended DTS London in order to fix my Nest chime, but on closer inspection re the other services they offered, checking out their reviews and then getting Anthony in to look at remedying our poor Virgin wifi, we are now completely sorted by this great firm and superb engineers, O'Neil and Bill. The guys were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy, everything was planned out and we were informed continually with what they were doing. We now have rock solid wifi throughout the house, myself and partner can WFH efficiently and the kids can get on with their online schooling, all without the wifi glitching, MANY THANKS Dts London!!

Initially called about terminating some ethernet cabling in a house we'd recently bought. Ended up getting DTS to install PoE Wi-Fi all around the house using said cabling. Has been working very well and all in the house are satisfied. A few kinks to do with obscure networking issues that we managed to iron out remotely over the phone (technical note: by placing another router between the NowTV DSL modem and the Wi-Fi APs and by SSH'ing into the Wi-Fi AP that was disconnected unexpectedly). Though it sounded like Anthony/team were prepared to come round and fix it in person had I not done that. Ended up using them again to buy/install/mount all the TV's in the house and planning to use them again for some Networking jobs I have planned. Would recommend.

Couldn't be happier. An investment that has really paid off. Full bandwidth all over our house now where there wa barely any in most rooms because of the way the house is built. Initial survey great, no hard sell. Installation superb; it was far from straightforward but it's super tidy and just simply works. The people that did the installation were a delight to have in the house too. Great follow up and support too. Couldn't ask for better. Not a paid review, simply a very satisfied customer.

Easy to arrange and explained the system in advance. Matt arrived on time and even on a wet and windy day, made light work of the installation of the CCTV system. The system works really well. The installation was neat and everything was tidied up afterwards.

Having used 3 of the leading security Adt,banham and West London security I have to say that the customer service and end result of Dtslondon is unrivalled. Cant thank them enough and only wish I known of the company years back

DTS were very unprofessional in the fitting of my alarm system and introduced hidden costs into the fitting. Having got a third party to review I've seen the equipment fitted is old and not set up correctly. Avoid at all costs.

Ash fitted us up with WiFi in the garden room. Explained everything and was great. The only problem I had was that I wasn’t told that all prices were plus vat. I should have known really but I think they should tell you when you accept the price. Over all they are a great company to deal with

Matt and Ash are two friendly, efficient and tidy guys. Your talked through what they are going to do. Your asked to check their work and are happy and tidy up as they go along. Can't fault them. Glad I used the Company. A definite recommend. Thank you guys.

I’m really happy to have chosen DTS in the sea of providers for CCTV. They delivered exactly what they said they would and on time across 3 of my sites. The after installation service has been great too which is where the true value is to ensure that I can get the full use out of my system as intended.

Matt was on another time consuming job and could not get to us. He was flexible, he listened to our problems and suggested a solution. It did not work first time but he perserveered and we now have the clips we need on the memory stick. First class service showing flexibility.

I’ve got high standards so it’s not often that I’m impressed but I have to say from the very first meeting I was impressed as they were keen with a can do attitude and proud of their products and more than helpful ! This did not change they only got better and when we asked for extras to the contract the price they came back with was 3 x less than I’d thought ! It’s changed life on the pier for the better and I have to say Antony and Luke were fabulous to work with ! I highly recommend you use them I really do ! Paul Geeson Pier Master of Nine Elms Pier .

Just wanted to congratulate Anthony, Tara and DTS for delivering what they promised; Wired messed WiFi that ensured we get WiFi in every corner of the house and in the garden. Ash the engineer for Installed to my satisfaction with no cables showing. Will and have recommended to friends and family.

I’ve used DTS for over 10years and all I can say is the consistency in service and execution has always been maintained to the highest degree. Seeing familiar faces after so many years really does drive confidence into to the company. The same engineers that done my first ever Comercial installation at my dessert parlour over 8years ago carried out the installation on my new Japanese fusion restaurant. I was very happy as a bussiness owner knowing the job was in good hands and the advice given in regards to security, camera angles, blind spots and most recently relevant to COVID-19, on entry thermal cameras, was almost an educational exercise and a good insight into what I would never have considered as a business owner. I actually suggested they go into close protection secuirity. I will be opening my second store early next year and will be using them once again.
