May 30,2018Excellent - had Casey come out to check over some new Cat6 cabling I had had some builders install. Builders being builders, it didn't work at all essentially. Casey was able to examine the termination of each cable and re-terminate each, then prove that gigabit linking was possible over the cable. What I wanted in the first place!

May 30,2018Honest company, came and repositioned my cameras even though they only supplied a replacement dvr. Thank God for good companies like this. Picture quality is much better now and engineer took his time and fully trained me.

Team were punctual and considerate and worked hard till all was completed. amazing images on our cctv system, building management is great and staff extremely friendly and helpful keep the hard work up

Feb 13,2018Was great until I needed some help. When no resolution was achieved and I asked to talk to a manager or owner (Sam I think) I was talked to like utter dirt. Not very professional. I’m only going to assume all the positive reviews haven’t dealt with any issue requiring actual customer service. This is %1000 a proper review. Just cause you don’t recognize the email address or user does not mean it’s legitimate. If only you answered my complaint as fast as this review. Plus, like most midiocare company, you answer to bad reviews, but not to complaints.

We are Konditor & Cook, a small London cake business - the DTS team installed 3 cameras and a recorder for us so we could comply with the conditions of the city for an alcohol licence. The job was carried out very professionally to a high standard and we were very happy with the finished job. The install team worked in our food safe environment very appropriately and the job was completed inside the time window advised. The price was good value in comparison to quotes from other providers. We'll certainly consider using DTS for future CCTV installs!

The price was affordable, the system was effortlessly installed and set up and since then we have been able to identify who is dumping rubbish on the development. The Occupants are very pleased with the system which enables the Management Company to monitor the site remotely and take the necessary action promptly. DTS are a company that provides good customer service and will try to provide you with the most appropriate system for your site. As a Property Manager I am happy to recommend this company
