Jul 21,2017An excellent installation. The door works perfectly and the result is clean and unobtrusive. It is a great boon to the elderly, as the manually opened door was heavy and some had difficulty in opening it, especially when carrying parcels or shopping. The resulting installation is clean and looks as if it was always there.

They also took the time to install the App and walk me through how everything operates. DTS London have been great throughout the process and very accommodating, working around completion of a difficult build project.

Feb 02,2017I had a cctv system installed yesterday and I must say O'Neill and Raheem were very friendly and professional. They provided a top notch professional service therefore I would highly recommend DTS for this reason. O'Neill especially made sure that the job was done to perfection and that I get what I paid for. Thank you guys. My only quibble is that it says on the invoice that I could pay 7 days from date of instalment but DTS demanded the rest of the instalment upfront on the day it was installed. UPDATE: i was promised a Certificate of Warranty and Welcome Pack received neither. They keep saying they possted it but it has been 2 weeks and nothing. Stars docked because of this Update: Received the Certificate of Warranty at last . Amended the star rating to 4 star.
