Sep 03,2024For whatever reason unbeknownst to me and the intended recipient, the delivery was returned sight unseen. A request was NOT made to refund or exchange the ordered items per an emailed "return confirmation". Perhaps the package was not addressed sufficiently for the assisted living facility to know the intended recipient. Also, I'm displeased about being placed on the Easy Comfort mailing list as well as having that information shared with other entities without my consent.

Aug 31,2024I placed an order and my card was declined and then I tried again and declined. Then I checked my card and they took out twice for the amount. I called them and they could not find the transactions. So I finally called my credit card and had them cancel all transactions to easycomfort. I will never order from them again!!!!

Jul 22,2024I couldn't make something work (I've forgotten what it was) so I asked for help. My income is so little I never pay any taxes or get any refunds except $25 from the state. The lady who helped me said there would be no charge. Looking back at my bank statement I see you charged me over $300. How did that happen?

Jun 16,2024I ordered a sheet / blanket support. When I recieved it I tried putting it together . It was impossible because it wouldn't fit in the holes to connect the pieces together.. I was told I could get a refund . I agreed to the amount, but I realized after wards I did not get the shipping and handling fee back . They sent me a defective product and I should have gotten ALL my money back including the $10.00 I paid for shipping and handling ! I guess they dont check their merchandise before they send it out! I will never buy anything from them again .

It’s bad enough that you out source to represenatives that speak with a foreign accent, but then customers have to go through this. I probably won’t order from your catalog again
