Mar 20,2024I agree to join the Membership # 962555, VIP Program thinking that the shipping would be free. I found out today that taxes, shipping and handling were still a part of the charges. I cancelled my membership today, March 19, 2024. I received a cancellation notice but saw the end date was scheduled on 04/09/2024. I called back a second time to ensure that cancellation was noted for today March 19, 2024, because I don’t want to be charged the $16.95 monthly payment. Both Customer Service ladies said I would not be charged. It is my desire not to be charged for the trial of the program of VIP.
