Mar 10,2024I WAS SENT A RETURN LABEL WITH MY PURCHASE THAT WAS VERY CONFUSING.WHENT TO POST OFFICE TO RETURN TO YOU AND ALL IT DID WAS MAIL IT BACK TO ME. VERY INCONVENIENT SINCE I HAVE NO TRANPORTATION.NOW I HAVE TO FIND A WAY TO GO BACK TO POST OFFICE AND MAIL IT THE RIGHT WAY.

Mar 09,2024Cancelled my ongoing subscription because the product is not thick enough to satisfy my needs. I want a refund and I called customer service to do so; but, you charged me anyway!! I have to send this back because it doesn’t meet my requirements. I’m stuck with a HUGE BOX of pads that I’m forced to send back!!! This is SO INFURIATING!!!
