Feb 27,2024Improvements for blanket toe-tent. 1. The under-mattress-base slips out. Double the base length. (I taped on a heavy piece of cardboard that goes deeper under the mattress) 2. Blanket droops between the support rods and the the rods move together: Add a 1" padded bar to maintain rod separation and support the blanket. (I drilled 2 rod holes in a 1x21x3/8 plastic piece and slipped it over the rods. The piece can be near the tips or slide to the rod bends. I also wrapped/tied a small towel around it so your toes don't touch the hard plastic. With these fixes, I sleep well and don't even know the tent is there...

Feb 25,2024ETA to three stars: Easy Comfort refunded this scammy VIP membership once I publicly complained about it. So I thank them for that. -- My original one star review: Buyer beware! I was charged $18 for a "VIP Membership" that I did not consent to nor buy. I called customer service to cancel the membership and get a refund and never heard from them. I'm in the process of disputing the charge.

Feb 25,2024Bras, 36A tan and Posture Bra, could only be worn one time before it stretched out. Posture Bra had no option to adjust. The 36A tan bras I could use the 2nd set of hooks, but still would not stay in place by the afternoon/evening. Threw them all away!

Feb 24,2024I am quite satisfied with the service timeliness and quality of products. The one thing that bother me is the non-availability of certain product(s) that are offered in the catalog. Specifically, if my memory serves me right, I've placed an order for the "Goats Milk & Manuka Honey Soap" on THREE occasions, only to find out that it was cancelled because it was not available. There is one more like product that I've ordered twice with the same result. My suggestion is: If it's not going to be available, why include them in the catalog - frustrates the customers (at least, it does me). (Note: By the way, I'm still waiting for my $7.99 refund for the product listed above.)
