Jan 24,2024you lost points because the packing and shipping was poor. the package was pretty destroyed when it arrived. the front desk accepted it. the corners were dented in and front and back also caved in. i was disappointed in the inside too. the item were just thrown in with no attempt to package them securely. there was no packing material. also the information sheets that came with the items were inadequate for reading, so no help there.

Jan 23,2024Cheaply made products with thin plastic. Magnifying lense was so scratched up I couldn't see through it. All items were returned for refund. I wouldn't recommend anything from here.

Jan 23,2024I do not like the mailing fee. I am told it is free if I spend a certain amount which I never seem to make, but it ends up that after mailing fee it is almost that amount.

Jan 21,2024I have to send back the shoes. I was very disappointed that they didn’t fit. I even ordered a size above my normal shoe size. I normally wear a size 9 but I ordered the 9.5 wide to be on the safe side. But was I wrong! The width was fine, but the 9.5 was too small. My big toes was very smooshed. I thought a company like yours would be more true to size than what is was. As I said, very disappointed. I can’t even find anywhere if I can exchange them. Poor, poor experience!

Jan 21,2024I was going to give your company a phone call on Monday concerning my order. I have used 4 pairs of the under paint and all 4 pair came apart after one time wearing them. Please send me a return lable so I can send the other 6 pair back. I cannot afford to pay $60.00 for 3 pair of painties that falls apart down the side .

Jan 21,2024I am very pleased.There was a mixup in our address and our package was delivered to old address in Tennessee.we have since moved to Georgia 4 years ago.After calling because we hadn’t received our package our problem was resolved.Our entire order was sent to our new address free of charge.
