The shoe assistant not work. Won't fit on some shoes and on one's they fit on they fall off when you put foot against it. The waterproof chair pad is great. The magnifying light has too short legs. Trying to read with it you can't turn pages of paperback book.

I ordered the size 10 slippers and thought they would fit because my shoe size is a 10 but they are to small not happy with the expierence

The products are cheaply made and many times don’t fit The material they use are substandard.
I always rec the Extra Wide Knee Highs when promised,or sooner. Once, when I had to take one off, a nurse was looking at it, & said, “I haven’t seen one like that before.” They are the only kind satisfactory to me.
The order was placed on 12/27/2023 and I was advised that the estimated delivery will be in 6 to 9 business days. It's now 1/17/2024 and I'm still waiting on my purchases.

Never had a problem with any order
Made it very hard to order, bad communications, very pushy. Worse product I ever tried, no call tag , no returns. Paying your automatic system never works , they transfer to an operator and charge you and ex fee to pay your bill My only good experience was was canceling my auto ship. Sincerely, Alana Russo

Deluxe Pick-Up Tool - Horrible, every time I try to pick something up the handle locks and sliding the lock switch does nothing. Also - Button that prevents item from folding up does not work. NOTE: I ordered the same product from Starcrest in November, and it only lasted a month (if that) before snapping in half. Ready flush Wipes, 40 ct. - Again horrible. There is no starting point. I pulled out 8 sheets trying to get one. Assorted Fruit Flavor Slices, 24 oz. What I received was one big multicolored ball of fruit slices all stuck together. Lastly - Long Handle Easy Pick-Up Tool failed, I tried to pick up an empty can the tool grabbed it but could not pick it up as it kept dropping it.
I have not used it yet.
I really lovemy. Purchases. but have not found the instructions for the beautiful rollator. I am hoping my nephew will figure it out.Can'twaitfornext catalogue!!!!
