The toe grooming brush we purchased is made so very cheaply that the replaceable foam heads on it just seem to crumble as you use them. This product is not sturdy at all

I paid extra for 3 day shipping on the item I ordered. I ordered on a Tuesday and it should have arrived on Saturday at the very latest. It did not. Instead it arrived on Monday evening, hours and a day after I needed it. Also the item was so cheaply made that it would easily break very quickly. I would send back but it would cost more than the item is worth. Very unhappy with item and service. Shame on you for charging extra for shipping and not delivering on time. I will not order from you again. Consumers beware, this company is a rip off. I should report you to the Better Business Bureau and the US Post Office for fraud!!

I have been trying since September to get them to take my name and email down. I ordered 1 thing and they mixed my name and information up with someone who has a similar name but totally different address on the other side of the country and they continue to send me her mail that includes her account #. If I was a dishonest person I could use her account info for my own interests. I have begged them to fix this but to no avail. I will never order anything from this inept company.

I haven't received my order from you. I paid for the item. It went through my bank statement,but said item has not been delivered. I would like a refund of $42.48 if possible to my checking account.

I returned an item and asked that it be exchsnged for a smaller size. Instead they gave me a refund which meant if I wanted to reorder it I would have to pay the shipping once again.
