Dec 10,2023This facility and their process for filling orders is about an 8 total points. My experiences have been good but Seemingly long time for delivery. Products are suitable as advertised. Prices seem a bit high and could use some adjustments. And a more details on products uses and details. My last order was for socks. 3 kinds. Not sure why prices range from $5-$10. For one pair? Again not clear info.

Dec 10,2023Liked the catalog it’s depth and variety of product. The short lead time for products to arrive. The announcement of when delivery will arrive is a thoughtful courtesy. I had a very pleasant customer service person waiting on me. She immediately indicated whether or not the products ordered were available or not and answered any questions having to do with my order. In my opinion she puts a good face on your company. The down side of ordering from your company is the numerous times I’m asked to be put on or sign up for repeated purchases or join in a membership program. I want to experience the quality of products first and to see if I have any problems with returns. Thank you, Dennis

The slippers i received were the correct color and identified as "size large" on the accompanying paperwork and had the letter L on the bottom of the sole. The slippers are no longer than a size 8&1/2 woman's athletic shoe. This length is no longer sufficient for my present need. I intend to return the shoes for a refund immediately.
