Jul 14,2024Packed ok, although the carrier did their part to beat up the box. The fender did arrive in good shape, as it was an open box part I wasn't expecting as nice a part as I got. Eckler's did a good job describing the flaws on the fender, however upon arrival it was not as bad as described. I encourage the same descriptions going forward as the customer will be pleasantly surprised instead of disappointed.

Jun 28,2024Package arrived quickly. Packing might have been a little better since what I ordered was headlight bulbs. Not enough paper packing in the box to protect the bulbs. One box had been compromised and the headlight was laying outside of its packaging inside the box. I have not installed them yet to make sure it works.

Jun 26,2024The item is not what i expected and did not fit. I wanted to return it, $30.00, and they requested 5-6 photos. It took 3 tries and 2 browsers and still no deal. I went to chat out of the country most likely and after another 45 minutes i was granted the option to return it for $17.50 or keep it and have a $38.00 credit which to buy something else from you. I still had to down load the photos. Photos of a $30.00 return item is unheard of and you wonder why people continue to buy from Amazon.

Jul 15,2024I received the aluminum radiator I ordered and both the inlet and outlet of radiator were bent. Looks like the box had been opened more than once and sent back and then maybe sent to me also, not happy. But I think I can fix it, but then it needs to pass pressure test. So I will let you know, But I am not sure if I will ever order from Eckler's again.
