Jun 05,2024Placed an order a few weeks ago, all items supposedlyin stock. 3 days later, multiple emails about 4 items out of stock and manufacturers would not make more items. More emails about items canceled and money refunded. Money was not refunded until I did a chat with customer service. Noticed the 4 items supposedly no longer available on the website showing in stock at a higher price. Asked customer service about this and transferred to sales. Sales added 4 items to my cart at the previous lower cost. Shipping for these 4 items plus the couple of items in my cart $9.95. Checkout thru PayPal and in the final step, shipping jumped to $29.95

I just realized I could pick up the parts I ordered from their satellite warehouse and save the shipping costs. Not only that but they give you a $5 credit to use on your next purchase! Usually I get what I need the next day, sometimes the same day if I order early enough in the day! I highly recommend Eckler's for your automotive needs!
