Jan 23,2025Customer service is nonexistent- a complete joke. Most sale items are not in stock, and their open box sales have arrived missing core parts that were in the photos or a totally different part altogether (I purchased a convertible top that was open box, I received a convertible boot - completely incorrect part, photo, and description to what I purchased. Contacting their support was a waste of time ). Spend your $$ at NPD or Top Flight, not Ecklers. They are no longer the great company they once were from the 80s and 90s when selling Corvette only parts. D- rating, if I could rate them with zero stars I would.

This took over 20 minutes with no solution and commitment of a call back for return shipping label information. Call never came but did receive an email with return label. will send back to truck part I did not order.

Jan 21,2025For paying like $300 shipping it could be at least protected a little more. The floor pan was only sent in a plastic bag so the shipping process bent up all the lips and edges.
