Farha was very helpful in reducing my energy bill by offering a cheaper tariff and also a refund of the credit
Be careful with this company. They wont contact you by phone or post for any extra charge, but will wait a while and let the bill rack up. Then they will force you to stay with them untill you have paid it all off. I dont know any other company that does this.

Raised my agreed monthly payment after I'd joined by nearly 50% 'to cover higher usage in winter' Didn't reduce it in summer as was supposed to happen, when I noticed in Autumn and told them they refused to refund overpayment. I was disgusted with their attitude and have changed supplier

Dec 19,2019Beware! Sharp practices when something goes wrong. Record your meter reading when you join and ensure you are correctly billed as per your original offer. They changed my rate without giving me the correct notice and changed direct debits up late last year (2018). Make sure you can evidence everything in the event of a dispute! Its cheap for a reason!
