Jul 29,2024I accidentally come across Editors Pick When l Google cheapest place to buy Obagi, lve used a lot of different skincare over the years but WOW talk about keeping the best till last But better late than never A very well kept secret And very pricey for myself But l wanted it and l wanted it at a low price 😁 So l done a bit of homework and found out , Editors Pick does sell the genuine obagi, you need to be careful I live in the UK, l notice Editors Pick is in the USA, but l thought ld give it a go and ordered, and WOW, it came quickly, l think around one week ,and postage was very good , lve ordered 3 times from Editors Pick lm very happy and would highly recommend this company Amazing Prices

Jul 29,2024Price was good but it took over a week for a delivery which never came. It shows it was delivered, but it was not. That is $150.00 of product sitting in someone's hot mailbox destroying the product even if it was ever delivered eventually. I wrote EP but have not heard back.

Jul 28,2024It was showing a glass container on the web site and these blue container doesn’t work good at all. The preveese one the top BROKE and I can’t get the product out and it is it expensive to not be able to use it. So I was hoping I would get the glass container because that it what it show on the order that I order from. Very , very disappointed.

Jul 16,2024I bought a tinted sunscreen and when I opened it to use, the pump was defective and product oozed out from the sides instead of the pump hole. I tried to go to the company that makes it and they told me to go away if I didn’t buy directly from them. So I went back and found that I had ordered from Editors’ Pick. They responded to my email and sent me a replacement. I had to provide my receipt and a pic of the tube. I was very pleased with their customer service. Don’t be afraid to order from this site. Prices are very good and they care enough to make it right when something goes wrong. If you don’t hear right away, keep trying. They are a busy company and you know how email can be. I am a grateful customer.

Jun 22,2024I never leave reviews except in rare circumstances or I feel it could help future customers. So here goes... I ordered two bottles of facial cream a couple of months ago when I started using the second bottle I quickly realized that the pump mechanism was defective, and didn't dispense the cream past the first couple of days. The bottle design was such that you couldn't unscrew the cap and just shake the cream out - There was Only a tiny hole and you had to smack the hell out of it for a long time to get any cream to come out. I called but got voicemail, I sent an email and so far (4 days later) Have received no response, not even an acknowledgment of my email to them. I ordered another - Even more expensive bottle of cream. Unbelievably, it arrived with the dispenser completely snapped off. Once again, no way to dispense the product. I called twice but only got voicemail, I sent an email with photos, but once again received no response as of yet. This is horrible customer service. They have great products at good prices. But God help you if you need any service on the back end, because you won't get it.
