Jun 17,2024I've been ordering Epionce Tinted Sunscreen from Editors'Pick for a couple of years now. I love this product but didn't love the price. I happened across this cite while searching for better prices and took a chance. I'm happily impressed! Each time I received the authentic product at a more doable price. My orders have all come quickly and well packaged. I've seen some unhappy reviews, but personally, I've had nothing but a positive experience with them. Although I understand companies wanting good reviews, I did not receive any kind of compensation or reward for writing this review. I refuse to respond to any kind of offer like that from any type of business. It just totally defeats the purpose of reviews in my opinion.

Jun 17,2024Obagi eyelash growth serum was recommended to me by a friend. I googled to find it at the best price and Editors came up. I think I've discovered a gold mine. I have also referred friends. The serum works really well. My lashes look great. I used to have fake put on but this saves a ton of time and money

Jun 14,2024The products I received are not authentic. I have used obagi for a long time. The poppets didn’t work on hydra drops and the moisturiser pump didn’t work the bottom fell off and was nearly empty.

In my experience, the products are authentic, the prices (not always, but in more cases than not) are the lowest you can find and the shipping quality is particularly good, both in terms of packaging and speed. This website is my new favorite!

May 16,2024I made an order recently on a Saturday and I got a text message about my shipment and an email from the sales rep about my order. It was shipped on a Monday and I received it on Wednesday! I’m still stunned at how quick the delivery was and also the professional engagement from their customer service team. I was quite skeptical at first but this service on my first order has won me over. The best part is I got my shipment delivered for free!

Apr 24,2024This website is a scam! I ordered a large K18 hair repair mask off this website, it never came. The delivery driver noted it was left in my mailbox, however it wasn't there. The customer service agent from Editors Pic said he left it inside my apartment building. They refuse to help me locate my package and have not even offered a solution to my issue. $80+ gone!

Apr 22,2024This is a follow up to my previous review of Peter Thomas Roth Firm X. I’m pasting what I sent and their response. Be careful guys. There are sooo many fakes that look authentic. I’ve used this product a lot and got a fake on Walmart. It does have very minimal tightening but not like the authentic product. That’s why you get this at such a low cost Hi. I bought the Peter Thomas Roth temporary facelift 3.4 oz from you. I can give you the order info if it’s not attached to this. The product is inferior or not authentic. I’ve bought 4 tubes of this. 3 were authentic from the same store and one I bought from Walmart was bogus. I’m sorry to say, this product (though identical) in packaging does not deliver. It barely tightens compared to the real thing. I used alcohol on both sides of my face using the authentic one and then yours. I did it twice. Waiting a day in between to make sure. The authentic PTR worked amazingly well…yours did not. There are so many fakes that it’s near impossible to get a good deal on this product without it being a fake. I’m very disappointed. I’ve opened the product. it appears you don’t accept opened returns It’s not worth taking an Uber paying $12 to go to the post office so I’ll have to eat the cost I suppose. I’ll pay the higher price from now on to get the authentic stuff. Their response: Thank you for reaching out to us. We source our products through authorized supply chain intermediaries. Don’t order anything from this website because I though I will safe some money but my lesson better buy from original company !

Mar 29,2024Ordered 2 bottles of Jan Marini bioglycolic face wash and they are total counterfeit products. I have a bottle of authentic Jan Marini and compared it to what was sent to me from Editors pick and you can tell it's a knock off, almost the same bottle and packaging but not quite. Who knows what I just washing face with. Also when reading their 5 star reviews you can tell that they are most likely written by editors pick themselves. If you want the authentic product order from an authorized distributor.

After I posted my review I was offered a store credit if I would remove my review. I did not remove my review and the following day I received an email letting me know that the previously offered store credit was no longer being offered. So... before purchasing from this company you may want to take a moment to consider that the good reviews are "bought".
