Jan 26,2023I have always had good experiences until this last purchase. I have tried to reach customer service with no answer or call back. I purchased viviscal pro and noticed aluminum packaging was the same as regular viviscal and did not say pro. I was concerned I had the wrong type. Also there was no interior paperwork in viviscal pro box. After no answer from Editors pick, I called customer service at Viviscal. They said Editors pick is not supplied by them. So now I’m concerned if I have a fake product, because they said there is a problem with using the internet without being an authorized seller.
