Mar 23,2024I ordered a shipment for myself in FL And a shipment for my daughter in IL. She got mine and I received hers. I entered the orders correctly. I called because the IL order is in auto ship. Was told they changed it???? Not happy with my first experience. Products are correct, pricing good but not to correct addresses….

Mar 13,2024Do not purchase from this website, I had ordered face wipes from Editor’s pick and they were much dryer compared to my usual ones which I order from Sephora. When I tried to return the item, they charged me a return shipping fee even though they were the ones who sent me a damaged item. I reached out to customer service who was extremely rude! Stick to buying from Amazon or Sephora who have much better customer service, buying from Editors Pick is not worth the hassle at all especially if you get a defective item.

Jan 29,2024Absolutely appalling customer service. The courier delivered my order to the wrong address which I provided proof of and I have been struggling to even get an answer from them. Received an answer today which basically says its not their problem and I need to chase the courier! Disappointed and disgusted!

Jan 26,2024I had ordered big bottle of Puerology shampoo. First, they marked order as delivered, and it was not. I had notified them. They had tried to make me track order which is solely merchant responsibility. After few emails exchanges they finally started case w post office. 3 days later order arrived, box was torn and dirty, bottle was deformed. I threw all that crap to trash and emailed them to credit/ replace. This time those crazy people wanted prove that bottle damaged too. I gave up and disputed charge. Worst customer service ever!

I purchased Epionce Intensive Moisturizing Cream from them.The pricing on this product was $40 less than the going price for it. And it’s the real deal ❤️ Customer service is top notch. I received an order confirmation email- I received a thank you for your business email- I received a tracking email and your product has delivered email. Shipping was super quick- I received my product in 3 business days. Great business to deal with- it’s the little things in life that mean the most ❤️ and this company delivered on that.

Dec 19,2023It is hard to complain here but … I ordered Aramis aftershave at a reasonable price and received the package on time, the aftershave is just like it has been for the last fifty years but … it came in the exact box I have always received but this box looked like it was ordered from eBay, the corners worn, lid would not stay closed and it would be like what you would expect at an estate sale (new old stock like on Pickers). I am not worried about it but it is just odd and fits with some of the one star reviews. Vr P.S. it is only fair to note they are A+ rated by BBB and a member which is why I went with them in the first place

Nov 13,2023I ordered a product I’ve used for years which is double the price here in the UK. I was skeptical at first given how cheap it was on Editors pick but I needn’t have worried. I received a genuine product and it arrived pretty quickly by FedEx. Very impressed. I’ve actually placed another order for the same brand because it is much cheaper to purchase in the US. They also take care of duties and taxes at their end so one less thing to worry about. Although I had to pay a bit more for delivery given that it was being shipped from the US to the UK it ended up a lot cheaper than buying from the UK.

Nov 02,2023Don’t bother ordering from these people. You can’t even try the product , send it back in a few weeks and get a refund. It has to be unopened. So how does that work? How do you know if the product actually works? Sent back product six weeks ago, they don’t answer the phone or their email.

Nov 01,2023I thought the uneven label placement on the Obagi c-serum bottle was suspicious; turns out the product is fake. I have no idea what liquid they put in that bottle but it is too pale and burns the skin terribly. Beware of this company as the products are fraudulent. Always remember, you get what you pay for. Will never order from them again.

Oct 10,2023Terrible company to order from! Claims you can return any item if you’re not completely satisfied with the product within 30 days. I returned an item within the window and did NOT receive a refund. I made multiple attempts to contact the company for well over a month. Finally hear back from them almost 2 mths later they claim the product must not be opened. So I lost the product and my refund! Very misleading return policy and I will never order from them again!!

Oct 05,2023I found this company by googling for comparision pricing and rating on the product I was using. Not only did they exceed the price, their customer service and turnaround time is spot on!! It was so easy, I then placed another other for another product within the same week.

Sep 25,2023I paid $78 for Obaji face wash. It arrived and was a huge plastic bottle with a pump that said, “for professional use only”. I immediately contacted them because that seemed odd. No response so I decided to use it. Well after many, many, many attempts, the pump didn’t work. I don’t want to return it because I should have gone on the Obaji website, which I just did. Totally different product. My mistake. Lesson learned.

Mar 25,2024OBAGI , I placed 3 orders with this company from the Uk during the promotions & have only just started using their products , Firstly the obagi hydrate smells different, Then I started using the toner & cleanser which is watery smells completely different , the packaging is not the same as my original obagi products , Worrying issue is I have 3 items unopened & compared to my original obagi products these are not authentic they are counterfeit Total scam I’m sure if I contact obagi thieve items can be checked by the serial numbers
