Jan 29,2023Purchased egr ladder rack to fit over my egr roller track which came with a new Ute. The product itself seems made well and pretty solid , very happy with the results. I would love for the future that there would be some kind of YouTube video explaining installation especially the little tips and tricks required along the way ( i would have made one of i knew it was that needed-as on the instructions paper sent it looks easy as, as long as all the parts fit ….) It took me 3 hours to assemble ( including trying fight with the short screws and then to improvise ways to replace the short screws) The short screws that came with are USELESS !. They are TOO SHORT ! But it came with extra screws, so i used the additional long ones instead. all together i think it’sa good product.

Jan 22,2023After purchasing my EGR electric rolltrac from Martin at Eagle 4x4 I was sent to EGR in MK, they removed my old rollnlock cover installed the rolltrac and made a fantastic job. The ute looks fantastic with the new edition and the care and quality of the install was ace. Thanks

Jan 11,2023Ordering online was simple and straightforward. Follow up emails for confirmation were immediate. Instructions were easy to follow, wiring harnesses were all labeled. The canopy fitted mm perfect all bolts lines up and central locking worked first time. Roof rack internals took minutes to fit! Highly Recommend EGR

Jan 02,2023I purchased a crossbar kit for my manual rolltrac and called to clarify the requirement for Yakima leg to bar packers, as mentioned on the website. The person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about and told me they would call me back, still waiting! Why EGR doesn’t stock these parts if the are a requirement for installation with a manual rolltrac is beyond me. I purchased the crossbar kit online and then struggled to find the packers and couldn’t install it.

Dec 30,2022The fit was spot on, no redrilling offset holes I just wish there was a better or a cleaner way to end a front flare that needs to be cut with a bullbar fitted, it's turned a beautifully finished and painted flare into an unfinished flare

Paint quality and colour match was great. Especially pleased that its an Australian manufactured product, and extremely pleased with my choice.

Nov 14,2022I had a EGR Rolltrac fitted back in February but I've been constantly having issues with it. I had the guys who fitted it come out cause it wouldn't unlock and and it was leaking really bad. They managed to get it to work again but it started playing up again. they then had a EGR engineer come out to unlock it and it started playing up again. They managed to get it to work again and I was told put loads of silicone down the side to stop it from leaking water but it was still leaking I went to the egr head office in Milton Keynes to get it sorted as I couldn't even get into the back of my pickup. They have managed to get it unlocked but the leak is now worse after the work they have done I called them again and Michael the engineer came out to my house and spend 3 hours working on it and it's still leaking

Nov 12,2022need to improve your communications with your costumer, after I purchased and pud my order didn’t hear anything from you.. after few days I received tracking number but didn’t say what curier until I sent few emails but no reply, til I ring your office to find out. Made query before about my EGR roller shutter for my Raptor also no response.

Nov 11,2022Still waiting for delivery. Have had no tracking information provided. Emailed you yesterday… no reply. Rang today informed that Ceva had tried to deliver them . Funny about that as I’ve never received anything from them. I paid for the flares on the 7/10 and today is 11/11 . Not good enough .
