Bought our 2020 ranger second hand with egr canopy already on it, it leaked badly, but can’t find where it’s coming from. Got some professional to check it out. They sealed up some leaks around the rhino rails…but still leaking. Never had any problems with the arb on our last bt50 which was 9 years old. Would not recommend egr - no service or anyone from the company that is able to help in any shape or form.
Two week after I ordered I received an email saying it had been despatched. The following day I received another email say it had changed to partial order despatched. Two weeks later I still hadn't received an update on the second half of my purchase. I rang EGR Auto and was told I would hear back from them that afternoon which didn't happen. I then got an email three days later saying it was despatched. It turned up eight day's later, four day's after its estimated arrival.

When I looked at the product it stated it was available, so I purchased based on that information, turns out it was not even available. Purchased on the 6-08-2024 it is now the 19-08-2024 and still it has not been sent. Another two weeks will make it 2 months from the time of purchase Don't mind if I had to wait, as I still would have purchased the item. The communication from the supplier has been very poor. The only reason i have any updates is because I am constantly reaching out. I believe that as a customer that the supplier should at least reach out on a weekly basis to let you know of the progress. They don't even update your online account with information to messages that you send them, I don't understand why it is so hard. Communication is the big thing here and they would not have gotten a review like this if they had communicated.
Be very careful when dealing with EGR I was looking for a dust defence kit to fit my NF Amarok with ARB canopy. When speaking with EGR I was advised that the model that fits the Gen 3 canopy would fit. So with their assistance I placed the order. When the goods arrived, three weeks later, the uprights were 10mm to high. Rang EGR and the person that answered the call stated that they knew about the problem but I had to raise a warranty claim. After me making regular follow up calls, as they did not provide me with updates pretty much said that they would never have said that and that I needed to modify the uprights. No mention of refund or anything like that So please be mindful that when you are dealing with EGR their pre and after sales service is absolute rubbish
you need to provide courier options 3-4 weeks to get from queensland to newcastle, startrack is not the only option, would quite happily paid for next day express.

I ordered a rear window handle non- automatic - ordered processed smoothly and receding in timely manner. My son tried to install the new handle but instead shattered the glass panel 😩😩 Therefore I returned for a credit back to my card as I cannot now use it. My son has to decide whether or not he keeps the canopy and if he does he would have to purchase a whole new rear panel from you. Otherwise the experience with your company has been very professional.

I purchased this product and fitment service via the EGR Website in May 2024, After only 3 months the rear window button on my canopy has begun to randomly unlock itself and also refuse to unlock at times when the button is pressed, as of current I no longer have access to the contents of by Ute tub. Reading several reviews on this website it appears that other customers have also experienced a similar issue. My attempts to resolve this issue via EGR customer support have thus far been unsucessful. Hopefully someone with authority will see this review and work with me to have this issue resolved promptly.
These canopies are NOT waterproof! I have sent my ute back twice now as it leaks a lot of water into the tub.The installers are clueless and frustrated and no one cares about the product. Do not make the mistake of spending your money with EGR
Delivery was too slow
I ordered a Ford Ranger Tonneau cross bar on the 7/07 and I am still waiting I sent an email 2 weeks ago and got a response you didn't have them in stock and I had to wait until you received them on the 15/08 I would not have ordered them had your website told me there was going to be over a month long delay in receiving the item. Update 19/08/2024 - Still havent received the item!
The pictures on the internet are deceiving and misleading

I purchased a second hand premium canopy for my 2023 Dmax. I needed several vehicle wire looms (Vehicle/Cabin patch harness LOOM0209, LOOM0204 & LOOM0208) prior to fitment of the canopy. Don't expect the information you receive back from EGR to be correct. Even if they get back to you. They tell you the parts to buy but they don't sell them, you have to by the parts from Isuzu at a premium price. Wait for it Isuzu don't sell all the parts. It is so frustrating communicating with EGR.

I ordered an expensive part that was initially wrong. was told basically nothing they could do about swapping it out for the correct part. didn't want to work with me in any way shape or form . I was willing to pay any extra shipping etc . They say they have dealers all around australia then why can't they deal with swapping expensive parts back that are still brand new . pretty much scamming customers with very lame excuses like it is now 2nd hand cause you opened the box .
