Jun 12,2018It was a pleasure dealing with this rental agency all they way through -- from making a vacation rental reservation, executing the contract, payment, check-in, calls for repairs, and check out. I am 100% satisfied and would definitely use them again.

May 29,2018We found the house much better than expected,,everything was clean everything you could ask was there. The check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. We would recommend this house for anyone. We hope to return again next year.

Every expectation was clearly communicated prior to arrival and there were no surprises. The property was beautiful and clean, the entire experience was top notch. Feb 06,2018Each year we have booked with Elan, we have been very satisfied. In 2017, the rooms were filthy, the beds were made with wet and soiled linens, the kitchen was dirty. We were very disappointed to have stayed in "Just A Fluke" prior to Mom having to go through chemotherapy. I understand you no longer carry this property, but this experience has left a very bad taste in our mouths for Elan.

Jun 12,2018Terrapin Station was everything and more than we could have asked for in a rental for our family of 20. Great location, very clean...well suited for adults and children. Elan is a rental company we will gladly use again and recommend to others.
