Jan 31,2018The owner of the house we stayed in the week after Christmas 2017, used Elan Vacations and as a result, we were introduced to them. The ease was wonderful and I do believe we will just go straight to them next time. We had a wonderful stay at Gone Coastal in Corolla, NC and we hope to maybe make it an annual event. Jan 31,2018I would appreciate arriving and having toilet paper in the bathrooms along with small bars of soap and hand towels. Arriving in the summer to a house that is hot and stuffy, facing unloading hot cars in the heat and entering a hotter house is not appealing. If houses are rented for the following week, setting the air conditioning to approximately 78 degrees would be appreciated.

Jan 31,2018Deciding where to go on vacation is the easiest part of vacation planning. Figuring out where to stay can be stressful when you aren't familiar with an area and the specific businesses. We live in Missouri and when we visited Nags Head, NC in 2017 we went with Elan Vacations. I felt the rental costs were reasonably priced and once we placed a deposit on a property, I also discovered that Elan has a terrific website. You receive a login/password when you make your reservation so you can check on your reservation, rental fee due dates, etc. anytime without calling anyone. Check-in was painless (we received a bag of helpful items) and checkout involved simply dropping off your keys. The rental also had lots of great discounts, coupons to utilize during your stay.

Jan 31,2018We have booked a summer vacation rental with Elan Vacations for the past two years, and again this year. They are wonderful! Discounts and a goodie bag if you are a repeat customer, fast and easy online payments, easy key pickup and return, kind and courteous service both in person and on the phone. We booked through private owners in the past who were not near as efficient and ready to please. We are very happy with Elan Vacations and would highly recommend them.

Jan 31,2018This is our second year visiting the Outer Banks and staying with Elan Vacation Rentals. We stayed in Snow Goose 3. They allowed us to bring our dog and was very helpful when asked about activities to take her to. The employees are wonderful and very helpful in other ways. We're from Ohio and when we came in to pick up our keys, they had a "beach bag" full of goodies. They were so pleasant and happy, it made us even more excited about being there.

Jan 31,2018I rented a beach front house at Duck, NC in 2017. The house was very nice and well maintained. We had no problems, so there was no need to contact the Elan Vacations office while we were there. The rental process was easy. Upon check-in, the staff at the office was very nice and extremely helpful. I have rented the same house for 2018.
