Jan 23,2018Elan Vacations was terrible to deal with. The condition of the rental was ridiculous. I will never rent from them again. There are plenty of other reputable businesses at the outer banks that actually care about their tenants experience.

Jan 23,2018Very simple, Elan Vacations go the extra step with customer service. beginning with great location for check, offer free food and drinks. Any calls promptly if any concerns about the house you've rented. We have rented from several Real Estate Office in the Outer Banks, but last year we booked with Elan, and now will always book with Elan.

Jan 23,2018We stayed with Elan 3 years. The home was lovely.....the staff at Elan is aweful. Most likely we will not return. Sad, totally loved the house. I realize we can not spend 10's of thousands of dollars on a week rent...did not expect to be treated as such.

Jan 23,2018August 2017 great location and home was beautiful, but it’s very obvious owner was not reinvesting any money back into the house. Kitchen sink had a can to catch the water leak, broken outdoor furniture, mold in bathroom, jacuzzi water was filthy, pool filtration system did not work properly (we backflushed the system), door handles to 2 separate balconies were broke so balconies could not be used. You got the picture, I could go on and on. Calls to management who came and fixed one issue and no return. Would NOT recommend.
