AGL CUSTOMERS BEWARE. As a AGL customer, soon not to be, I received an email from them stating that from 1/5/23 anyone Australia wide who is receiving a State Government Feed In Tariff, will no longer receive a Feed In Tariff from AGL.We have 2 properties, both on exactly the same plan and also with AGL, but as our second property does not receive a State Government Feed In Tariff so it wont be affected. As the Government Feed In Tariff has absolutely nothing to do with AGL, and the fact that they don't contribute a single cent towards it, I ask why are AGL penalising customers that have it.This is blatantly a sneaky money grab and I hope that when people become aware of what these scum bags are doing, they walk as well. I believe that in time,AGL will do away with paying any feed in tariffs at all, and like in my case where our second property produces more power than we use, this will mean that the excess power that your property produces, will go back to AGL for free and then they will on sell it at full retail to customers. Stick it up your ar se AGL, your dirty underhanded tactics will be exposed for all to see and then you can reap the criticism and loss of business you deserve. Challenge this story AGL and tell everyone that it's not true. CAN'T CAN YOU

The reason I am writing this review is because of the customer representative that I spoke to. Her name is Monique and if it was not for her I would not have gone with Energy Monster. The reason I say that is I was trying to ring my energy provider and I accidentally called Energy Monster. I am so pleased I did as I could not be any more happy and satisfied with the service I received. Monique if any future prospective customers get put through to her will receive the highest quality of service, knowledge, really great informative information with nothing being a problem for her. At no time did I feel pressured into making a decision and Monique was so patient and went above and beyond in explaining anything I was not sure about. I have referred some of my family members and friends and to date 3 have signed up to Energy Monster because of the service, satisfaction, knowledge of what I was enquiring about and respect I was shown by Monique. Thank you Energy Monster and thank you for having in my personal opinion THE BEST being (MONIQUE)as one of your team members. I CAN NOT THANK YOU ENOUGH MONIQUE YOU ARE THE BEST👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Pedro the operator was why this experience was excellent, his phone manner and expertise on all matters is exceptional. His explanations were easy to understand and super informative. He found a much better deal for me with 3 different services, it actually felt like he wanted to help me save money. We need more people on this planet like Pedro.

Pedro was amazing. He answered all my questions in great detail and was patient with me. He arranged connection for all of the services I requested at lower rates than my current provider. He also arranged my disconnection so I don’t have to worry about that! He was fast and helpful.

Firstly to say that your call center staff is very pushy in trying to sell their services it's nothing compared to what Mary said over the phone. These are the words that she repeated to me a few times over the call: We are in an energy crisis because of the war in Ukraine?! Because Australia has to sell power to Europe. As a Ukrainian, I found it very insulting to provide such a reason when people in Ukraine have power cuts, and have only a few hours of power a day, not to mention that besides that they are trying to survive in between the bombing by Russians. Please blame the aggressor not the victim. Secondly, what kind of image you are providing about Ukraine?! I think we are already paying a high price in all senses because of the aggression of Russia, and your staff is making it worse it by promoting the absurd reasoning for the high prices.
