Dec 14,2022What made my experience great was the very helpful lady Cherry that guided me through step by step till we reached the end. The line was suddenly cut off due to a weak connection I guess and I was in panic mode however Cherry was so quick to call me back to finish off the transaction.

I contacted Electricity Monster and to my surprise found someone who actually understood what I needed and was only too pleased to help. The excellent customer service given to me by Alex was exceptional. So much so that I contacted them a second time to review my internet service. Both times were a pleasant experience and I was give exactly the assistance I needed. I am happy to recommend this service and I am very grateful for their recommendations.
