Oct 26,2024Television arrived clearly used, television and box smashed right in the middle of the screen. It was like pulling teeth with the barely literate support staff. They expect a disabled veteran to walk a mile to drop off a 43 inch tv, no return pick up available because it's under 40 pounds. The poorest support I've ever experienced. Reading other reviews, I'll be shocked if they even refund once they get the product back, because it seems like their practice to delay until people forget about it. Not me. I have time.

I wouldn’t have know that they canceled my order though because they didn’t tell me about it until I reached out and asked about the order. Then, they lied to me saying that the item was out of stock and unavailable when it was readily available at many stores that I called and checked to confirm that it was not out of stock. Very shady company. Gave me the run around every time I asked about the availability. This company has zero integrity
