Defective dishwasher was sent and wouldn’t fit because top was bowed out. Blamed me for not measuring. Took days to talk to someone for a refund. Will NEVER shop there again. Went to Home Depot instead and actually saved 300 bucks and it was much better experience

First time got a lot of help from Victoria, which informed me a lot. Then, I got to talk with Lee whom was probably the less polite person ever got with client service. Basically said the he couldnt do anything with my problem. And also the delivery was a problem. They blocked all the options for delivery. If you dont have a +21 years old that would be always on home and is able to sign, send it to a place where it is. The product is in perfect condition tho.

Electronic Express was very easy to order.Much easier than Best Buy..They gave me a three hour time frame with the date and time they would be here.When they were on there way they call to let you know.They came in and hooked the TV up,gave me a couple of tips.. All in all it was a very good experience...

First time I've made a purchase this big totally on line. It was very user-friendly. I shopped, selected what I wanted, even applied for financing and had my new LG washer & dryer within a few days.
