Dec 13,2024This is my 2nd purchase from Electronic Express. The online shopping and ordering experience went exceptionally smooth. Order placed on Nov 27th, 2024. The system stated that my order should arrive by Dec. 6th, 2024. (*I paid $99 for Shipping!) On Dec. 3rd 2024, I received an email for contact information confirmation to be sent to the carrier who would be delivering my order. Today is Dec. 12th 2024 the day that the carrier's robotic system set for delivery... It would certainly be nice to actually have received the product that I've ordered before I receive and email asking about my shopping experience. I was trying to hold off on giving this review but considering that the day is almost gone and still my television has not arrived I felt that this would serve as a real-time honest review and will spare others from experiencing what I am experiencing right now. The products, pricing and financing options are unbeatable, however your robotics are not up to par and I wouldn't dare call because I like to deal with humans when I interact but since you all insist that I use your A.I. robotics then here you go. I am 100% devoted to TRUTH, you guys should try it sometimes and implement it throughout your automated system!

Dec 11,2024We opted out of marketing emails when we placed our order. Then they immediately sent us a marketing email and we unsubscribed again. They keep showing up. They obviously don't care that we specifically said multiple times that we don't want marketing emails. The next time we buy appliances, it will be from someone who doesn't spam us against our wishes afterward.

Dec 09,2024Excellent experience with store recommendations, purchase and scheduling delivery and installation. Ran into a hiccup on the first installation attempt, rescheduling delayed a week so we missed the holidays; however, second installation team was spot on. Spent the time to validate location and desired configuration. They setup, function checked, and cleaned up. Spent close to 2 hours making sure it was right. We'll definitely use them again.

The communication regarding the delivery was great, in that it provided daily reminders of the upcoming delivery and the opportunity to reschedule if something unexpected came up. The delivery was fast and efficient, and the deliver staff were professional.

Dec 06,2024I was nervous about the purchase since it was drastically reduced in price since it was an openwd box item. I was more concwrned and skeptical when it arrived and the box was very tattered and VERY taped up. It was a good price but still cost a lot of money if it was damaged or wouldnt function properly. Fortunately when i unpacked it, everything looked free from damage. I hooked it up and it sounded great. Im glad i took a chamce and got an amazing price on a top notch product.
