Sep 18,2024I always go to Electronic Express first with any appliance needs. The in-store staff is extremely available and helpful, both on-site and on the phone—no wading through phone trees. In this case, I ordered the item on line, needed to ask a subsequent question and found the item delivered on my porch a day early. Service is excellent, and most importantly, they are easily available by phone.

Sep 16,2024I have ordered from Electronic Express a couple of times over the past three or four years and have NEVER had such a bad experience or such poor customer service. When I purchased my freezer, online, it said that it would ship in 3 to 5 days. Not business days. Not that that means that it will ship in 3 to 5 days to an Electronics Express location and then it would take longer to actually deliver it to me. Just 3 to 5 days. No one ever contacted me about setting up a delivery time. I had to call them and spent 30 minutes getting transferred and put on hold for them to tell me that the "3 to 5 days to ship" really meant that it needed to be shipped to them (the store) and then they would contact me when it was ready to deliver. They scheduled the delivery. That delivery was cancelled. No one ever called back to re-schedule. So I had to call again. It was re-scheduled and canceled 4 times! All with no communication on when it would actually get delivered. I had to always follow up. VERY frustrating! I spoke to a "manager" in customer service and she literally shouted at me. She would not let me speak and rudely kept talking right over me. Her end goal was to get me to cancel the order. I honestly think they could not produce the item......not really sure but if that is who you have representing your customer service department, that is not good! Bottom line, what a disappointing experience! I would definitely hesitate to order from them again. This was terrible.

Sep 12,2024I purchased a TV and sound bar. The TV was a 1 and done on display. I informed them the TV would be picked up 9/6 or 9/7. When the person's came on 9/7 the TV is still hanging up not boxed and ready to go. When the TV arrived it did not have the stand to hold TV. I called and inquired and was told it would be checked on and she was told to tell me it did not have a stand. Directions for TV showed a stand. Thank you Sherry for bringing me a stand on 9/11/24. I was not satisfied with the customer service.

The Samsung Bespoke fridge arrived within five days in Houston by truck in great shape and the delivery crew set it inside our front door. Surprisingly great experience. They will be my first choice for online shopping in the future,
