Jul 17,2024The worst experience ever! The guy installing had major attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience to do his job! He left trash all over our kitchen and left the old hoses in our sink along with wet paper towels! He never explained anything to my wife about either of the appliances he installed ( DW & stove.) We will mostly likely never use delivery from EE again and we would like a refund on our delivery and install for our inconvenience.

It has been over a week since I canceled that order and I still have not received a refund. Not pleased with this service. I will never buy anything else from Electronic Express online.
