The product arrived on the date they stated when I purchased the Samsung refrigerator and the delivery people were very nice and courteous. That's not just the website and customer service that did a great but the refrigerator was one of the best looking refrigerators I have ever seen in person it blew my mind. The packing was also phenomenal. So yeah they get five stars plus.

Can I give you less than one star. My experience was horrible. You delivered a dishwasher when the bottom was opened a piece was missing. When I called and talked to Alex and he said well order the part and have it put on and we will credit you that money. Really!! I said no he said well then we can come get it but you will have to wait 35 days for a credit to your account. Really! It was delivered on Wednesday 6-17 I called on Thursday 6-18 less than 24 hours after delivery. He said you don't do returns and replacements no matter how short the time frame. So, I will not be getting any appliances from you for any of my rentals. You have lost a customer and I will tell everyone how you only care about a sale and not what gets delivered or helping the customer.

My TV was delivered in undamaged condition. Thanks to convenient notices I knew they were arriving and stopped them from delivering to my neighbors across the street. They were courteous and professional.

Poor experience with the website's interface, ending in a cancellation of purchase, completely overshadowed by an awful customer service phone experience. No interest in being helpful, super defensive for absolutely no reason. Will still shop in store. But likely won't use the online store anymore.
