Jun 10,2024Not at all happy with my decision to purchase from electronic express. I ordered a complete set of appliances online. My first delivery I was delivered the wrong stove and the refrigerator had a dent on the side of it. The second delivery, they loaded up the same incorrect stove, and a fridge that had major damage in the back of it. Called customer service to inform them and to see what they would do to compensate the inconvenience. Our requested a complete install at their expense, which they were willing to provide. The third delivery I finally received the correct stove, but the refrigerator had a dent on the side that would be covered by the kitchen cabinets. I decided to accept it because I did not expect anything better would be delivered a fourth time. The delivery guys were not informed of the courtesy install and when they called customer service they told me if I wanted my appliances installed I would have to come into the store and purchase a $350 install package. I reminded them of all the issues and this was supposed to be compensation for my inconvenience. Customer service said they would have to talk to a manager and get back with me. Two weeks later I have heard nothing. I've had to pay someone else to install. Not a very good experience and will more than likely not choose electronic express again due to the horrible customer service. I will say the delivery guys were troopers, very kind and understanding of my situation.

Jun 04,2024Brand new oven does not work, got no help from Electronic Express and was left to figure this out on my own. For the price you pay for a nice oven you get zero in return. Will be taking our business elsewhere, once the deficit oven is returned.
