You will not get an order number but when you call about the order they will require one despite them not generating one. They use Ceva Logistics for deliveries of expensive items which do not update delivery days on their tracking website. Neither Electronic Express nor their delivery companies will inform you of delays or changes in deliveries leaving it impossible to know when to be home ensuring the security and safety of your item from the public or bad weather. Customer support is short and a bit rude. Do not address the concerns of their customers, make excuses instead of finding answers.

My order was incomplete...received 1 cutting board and I ordered 3. Never received any notifications to alert me. Also the label on the cutting board that I did receive left a mark on the cutting board which marks about half of the surface.

However, we feel compelled to share our honest experience regarding the product description and images on the site. We ordered a product labeled as "cloud white," and the UPC code aligns with this description. Unfortunately, the product received, while described as cloud white by the manufacturer, has noticeable blue accents and a predominant light grey color. Our decision to purchase was influenced by the all-white appearance depicted in the stock photos on your website. The disparity between the actual product and the online images left us feeling somewhat misled. We believe transparency in product representation is crucial for customer satisfaction, and we hope this feedback contributes to enhancing the accuracy of your product listings.

Someone needs to contact me immediately about canceling my order and not contacting me. I would also like to speak with someone about the HORRID experience I just had with “customer service” who essentially called me stupid before hanging up on me. I cannot believe you all are still in business if this is how you treat your customers. You cancel orders without contacting us, you cancel it because of YOUR error, and when we call to find out information, you are rude, unhelpful, and unbelievably unprofessional. You did not try and explain anything to me. You have taken NO consideration for what this is like. You have also taken NO responsibility for this being YOUR ERROR. I didn’t list them at the wrong price, you did. I’ve been begging to talk to a manager for over a week now. I have been told several times a manager will be in touch, but of course, your incompetence just keeps showing. Rebecca L. in customer service needs to be in a different line of work. She is an absolute nightmare to talk to and deal with.

Ordered a figure that was relatively expensive and the product was in a shipping box that wasn’t damaged. However, the actual product packaging was dented heavily and the large sticker seal was completely cut open. No replacements are offered simply refunds offered. Immensely inconvenient.
