Ordered what I needed and reminded me on several occasions that it had arrived and was available to be picked up. We're diligent and careful about loading into my SUV. Took extra time to unjam the seatbelt that was in the way and made sure it was slid gar enough in to close easily without touching back window. I also, wanted a Samsung tablet and the one I wanted was not available so the employee went the extra mile and found a replacement tablet that was a newer version and $100 less. My only disappointment was that my tablet was not included in the 18 month promotion. Now I'm concerned about how much interest I will be paying on the tablet and how my monthly payment will be applied.

My family and I were moving. I was looking around for an air conditioner unit with heat seeing as it’s winter time and I have three children. I searched around and yes electronic warehouse had the best price. I was told it was gonna be shipped through UPS and I am one state away so she’ll only take a couple days so I ordered it to be sent to the home I was moving from, instead it’s going to take over a week to get to me, not through UPS through a freight carrier who I can’t even get on the phone because they’re going to deliver to an address that we’re not at anymore and I have a timeframe of nine to one with nobody to talk to. I’m not allowed to change the address I can cancel the order and re-order it which will Take over another week to get to us . I was told it was only gonna take a couple days to ship or I would not have ordered it. I would’ve went to the store locally and purchased it for the extra hundred dollars to be able to get moved in a proper time frame. Be sure you know what your delivery estimate is because what I was told was completely incorrect and remember no changes to anything after its ordered you can cancel and re-order with the proper instructions, but that is your only option.

This is the company of have Encounter with bad product bad customer service my order was not deliver. I call and their excuse was lies. My credit card was charged for a product product that was not delivered. I had to cancel the order. I would not give you guys a star because you work nothing I will advice everyone not to shop with your store.
