Jan 08,2024When I was ordering a Furby I accidently ordered two because the cart didn't clear after checkout. Took a couple of days to get that cleared up but they did refund my money on the one I didn't need. I placed the order on 12/30 and the post office is still waiting to get the merchandise and delivery date is still unknown. Today is 1/7 so it's been over a week. Not a happy camper. 😕

Jan 08,2024I placed an order, and Electronic Express processed it. A few days later I got an email that the product was out-of-stock and the order would be cancelled. Annoying, since with data systems today, they should know what they have and what they don't. The unit is also still up on the website as available - it should have come down immediately if they don't actually have it.

Our dryer was missing a glide on the day of the delivery, but I emailed electronic express and the next day the glide was brought out to me for the dryer all in all it was great experience.
