Jul 09,2023Be careful, save your time and money, even though I paid the full amount I didn't get any service, I've been following them since Apr/2022, which was just a waste of time and all the offers were just misleading. The website is unusable and of no use, just solid images It was set up emails but after 40 emails were blocked they could not be sent or received which resulted in me changing the email address and website and reprinting the ad which led to result in additional losses Lawyers taking legal action to recover various losses.

Despite having 6 months left of my annual contract, plus the cost of additional services, ElevatesOM's poor delivery, lack genuine engagement to resolve issues and a website that failed basic criteria on several levels, I left. Taking the financial hit was easier than wasting so much time trying to turn a pigs ear into a sows purse. The straw that broke this camels back. 12 working days since I asked for the repetitive failure to access my site via Wordpress to be resolved remains unresolved. My patience with ElevateOM has been tested to the limit, despite the best efforts of Anuj and Maria to solve issues, their efforts are severely let down by other parts of the business. A simple site to build suffered coding errors, content errors and access issues. Time to move on. I would not recommend ElevateOM. They are the web-build equivalent of cowboy roofers.

Jun 24,2023To conclude that the whole experience with you has been disappointing is an understatement. In November 2022 I paid your company £634.00 to custom build me a website. Not a king’s ransom by any means but a large single expense for an operation like mine. It was intended to enhance my small business presence on the web. Six months down the road and the evidence is clear that all of your claims from your sales department are unsupported. No one can find the site unless they are given the direct address. Google Business Statistics show that the traffic has been almost non-existent consequently there has been no enquiries and no increase in business. Your website does not show any names of your Directors or Key Contacts. All I suspect to make sure that dissatisfied customers like myself are unable to make their dissatisfaction known. In conclusion – please take the site down and cancel the domain subscription and associated registrations I will waste no more time on this adventure. In IT Speak my journey with Elevate OM was an EPIC FAIL.

Jun 18,2023Really proud and pleased of our new business website created by the team at ElevateOM. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of using them to build your website and I'm glad we did. I like the way Anuj has been highly responsive to any request. Anything I've asked for has been promptly instated (reinstated in some occurrences or changed etc.).This is vital as the devil is in the detail as with anything, and Anuj has helped achieve this. Any questions asked regards using the dashboard interface have been promptly answered and solved my queries. We are now some 4 months into the build but Anuj has persisted patiently with my demands to help complete the site which is now finally near completion. I have given 5 stars but I feel a %age figure of about 90% recommendation would be more apt. Some minor gripes over a couple of things that were promised at quote stage but found out later these requests were not achievable in coding. Struggled with payment as well because the amount was too large and needed splitting down so my card provided would allow payment. Chris and Darren I'm sure have taken this feedback on board to help improve their business. Nobody is perfect and I'm being unfairly picky. Truth is I couldn't ask for more really regarding delivery, customer service and end product. Many thanks Anuj, Chris and Darren at ElevateOM for turning our ideas into a reality.

Jun 16,2023The staff were good and delivered a great looking, functioning business website. When changes were needed they were good at these adjustments. Just a little issue, when l paid for the comprehensive website package a little informal advice about setting up a Facebook business page would have been nice as opposed to it being a chargeable service. There were a couple of issues with payments and l think some were working remotely which meant a little delay but overall a good service.

Jun 15,2023Elevate Online Marketing team are fantastic and in particular Agata Kaczmarek on a day to day basis and then Sarah Ferguson in the back ground. Agata ability to understand the product and what we wanted to do was fantastic. He help and guidance has massively improved our sales through increased clicks and conversions. That is unfortunately where the praise has to end as we had a technical issue between the website and emails being hosted away from each other. Elevate Website side were very unhelpful in trying to resolve the issue although they had built the new site. What should have been solved in 48 hours took nearly 3 months with an unquantifiable loss of earnings through enquiries over this period whilst the site was not working on Google making the company look as if it didn’t exist.
