When an issue has occurred, they have sorted it out straight away and given specific advice to help me to solve a problem and prevent future problems. I hope they keep up the good work.

Mar 23,2023In response of the company and following my previous reviews: Creative survey was submitted straightaway after it was sent to me - it was sent on 10 March at 10:08 via email, filled and submitted before 11am (for less than an hour). After submitting it I emailed to the company it was submitted and also contacted them by phone, requesting to be reviewed and the agent who confirmed is O.K. When the deadline of 17 March was setup they had the survey with them. I was contacted to the sells team for a full refund by the webdesigner who told me she didn't started the project and she can't do it by Friday. What is really concerning about this company is they admit that didn't keep the deadline, they admit that nothing was delivered (even didn't started the project), and regardless they keep trying to find a way to justify their wrongdoings and to place the blame on me (the customer).

Mar 21,2023These jokers used to be known as WebCreationUK but they "ceased trading" and magically sprung up with a new name and the same people. They use UNLICENSED assets without proper consent and then just abandon their customers and refuse to respond. Currently in the process of pursuing action via Trading Standards against this company. I cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE!

They took £1000 to setup my Removal (mover) website and they come different design which is different what we aggred first and they asked me more money and they ignores my emails and calls splease stay away from them.
