Apr 21,2022Conned by Elevateom . This was for a website redesign . I was sent some mock-ups which looked good. then nothing. communication is really poor and the company exceeded the timescale for what was basically a re-theming of my site. I specifically wanted a UK based team to avoid communication problems. The company is based in the UK But" it appears" everything is outsourced to Asia. After hearing nothing I have repeatedly requested a refund but my emails get ignored. I would avoid this lot and choose a vendor on fiverr or pop into your local web designers office. Do not trust elevateom , look into the company and the directors on Companies House etc. I wish I had done my research before I paid them a single penny. They appear to be thieves and conmen. The google reviews they have are predominantly from people who have left 1 review and elevateom is it.

Apr 01,2022paid a lot of money to this company for them to drop png images from shutterstock onto a website built with wordpress drag and drop, told me webp format images are not possible which means the website wont be truly mobile friendly, (can be done automatically when uploading to wordpress free plugin and needed for a mobile friendly website) or converted free online, the website is responsive for the layout but the wordpress default them is responsive out of the box - had to pay more money for them to write some homepage content and drop that on too - for the same money you can get a custom coded website Shop around guys you can get a lot more for a lot less & a lot quicker too - use a freelancer
