Feb 15,2022Absolutely terrible experience with ElevateOM - I chose to take their Advance SEO package, however, it turned out to be anything but. Misleading initial documentation that promises to use 'relevant websites', build 'quality links' using 'Industry best practices and provide a 'creation and distribution of content service to video sharing sites such as YouTube, Flickr, Daily Motion all turned out to be complete hogwash... In truth, (by the MD's own admission in an email to me) they provide a 'Grey Hat' SEO proposition, which utilises questionable practices, spurious blogs and links from little-known websites, including overseas and foreign language directory sites, to gain whatever small advantage that they can to try and befuddle the unwary. Unfortunately for them, I'm anything but unwary, and when questioned for answers as to what activity had been done to my site since taking out the subscription I was offered a very limited explanation, told that for 'security reasons' I wasn't allowed to be told what articles had allegedly been written or where they had been posted, and when I did my own research, discovered a multitude of links from the aforementioned questionable blog sites and euro directories had been pointed at my website, most of which had subsequently dropped off, and that overall my site had dropped in position quite significantly from where it started. In summary, I would have had a better result if I'd simply set fire to my cash in the back garden instead of giving it to these guys. I would urge you to do your own research before taking up with this company - there are lots of reputable SEO agencies out there who will do a great, transparent and quality job for your website - unfortunately, ElevateOM aren't one of them.. UPDATE - it appears that this review has hit a raw nerve at ElevateOM headquarters, hence the below response which attempts to soften, and somewhat belittle my review. Let’s be clear here (something that they are sadly lacking) - I purchased their service on behalf of a client, which makes absolutely no difference other than, in my case, I actually understand SEO, and know when a good job is being done, and when a bad job is being done. In this case, it was the latter - the increase in performance that they refer to was in fact fictitious, as not only did the majority of the ‘links’ turn out to be derived from questionable blog sites, which almost immediately fell off, the website ranking managed to plummet almost half a million places on a well known and widely used SEO analysis software - equally, in the 3 months that the ‘service’ was being provided, no improvement whatsoever was made in the site’s domain authority, leading me to ask some searching questions which they were utterly unable to answer. And, as for the ‘secret sauce’ that they refer to - I’d expect this in a burger joint, but not from a supposedly quality SEO organisation. What I wanted from them was transparency, white hat techniques, and a capacity to admit when they are wrong - not shady tactics, over-exaggerated results and disparaging remarks. I think the response below tells you everything that you need to know about these characters. Oh, and as for the comment about this review being 'unfortunate' - what was unfortunate was that I chose Elevate Online Marketing as an SEO partner, however, I won't be making that mistake again - LOOK ELSEWHERE FOLKS.!

This company has Customer Service at it's forefront placing them streets ahead of the multitude of Web design & web marketing companies I have used in the past.
